Accommodation

The bungalow has wide doors and level access having been designed and built specifically for the user of a wheel chair. It won an award from the Cornish Buildings Group in 1985 as the best new house in Cornwall.

Location

It is in the village of Tywardreath in south Cornwall which is three-quarters of a mile from the sea and half a mile from Par railway station. It lies away from main roads yet is easy to drive to. The village has a 650 year old parish church, an Inn, and a few good, small shops.

Local Attractions

Local attractions include an unspoiled coastline with numerous sandy beaches, the sea port town of Fowey (4 miles), The National Trust House and gardens of Lanhydrock (7 miles), The Lost Gardens of Heligan (9 miles), and The Eden Project (3 miles).
